Thorlux Lighting has introduced the Starflood floodlight that is versatile, precision engineered that is suitable for various applications. The Starflood features a diecast body that incorporates fins to channel water away to improve LED efficiency, with a UV stabilised polycarbonate lens. The LED circuit board contains an over voltage protection, so if one LED was to fail then the others continue to operate. The LEDs ensure high performance with excellent efficiency (109 lumens per circuit watt) and longevity (up to 100000 hours).
