Description
Closed loop bipolar stepper motor is a permanent magnet electric motor that converts electrical pulse signal into corresponding angular displacement or linear displacement. It is widely used in electronics manufacturing, sewing machine, semiconductor equipment, laser cutting, textile machinery and so on.

Tips: Reasons for stepper motor out of step
- The speed is set too high and the torque is not enough.
- The voltage is unstable during high-speed operation, so that the input current sometimes does not reach the rated current. It causes the output torque to drop, and finally leads to out of step.
- The speed rises or falls too fast, causing the loss of step.
- Excessive external resistance.
