Tips: Precautions for using low-pressure transmitters
- Please pay attention to the installation method and whether the installation is matched during installation. The wrench can only be installed on the hexagonal interface. It is strictly forbidden to install it on the outer tube and tail joint of the product.
- When using, pay attention to the reliable connection of the line and the correct connection method. Do not pull the product cable hard to avoid damaging the internal structure of the product.
- Do not use hard objects to directly squeeze the transmitter diaphragm to avoid damaging the product.
- The transmitter should not be dropped at will during transportation, installation, and use to avoid damage.
- The overload pressure of the transmitter should not exceed 150%.
- The transmitter should be stored in a well-ventilated warehouse without acid, alkali, or corrosive gas. The ambient temperature is -20℃~+80℃ and the relative humidity is less than 95%RH.
- The measured medium is not allowed to freeze, otherwise it will damage the sensor measuring diaphragm and cause damage to the sensor. If necessary, the sensor needs to be temperature protected to prevent freezing.
