Feature
- Compact G1/4″ Flow Switch Design: The small-size magnetic liquid flow switch fits easily into limited spaces in water treatment setups.
- Quick-Response Magnetic Switch: With a reaction time under 1 second, water flow sensor switch provides timely flow status feedback.
- Low Start Flow Capability: This water flow switch is designed to activate at minimal flow rates, making it suitable for low-flow purified water systems.
- High Pressure-Resistant Construction: The flow water switch can endure static water pressure up to 1.05 MPa without leakage or damage.
- Durable Magnetic Water Flow Switch Build: Features robust plastic housing and reinforced wire connections, passing drop and pull tests.
Working Principle
Water flowing through the dedicated channel pushes a magnet inside the switch. When the magnet moves into the detection range, the reed switch senses the magnetic field and closes the circuit, sending a flow signal. Once water stops, a spring pushes the magnet back to its original position, causing the reed switch to open and stop the signal. This provides a simple and reliable method for flow presence detection.

5 Tips for Magnetic Water Flow Switch for Purified Water
- This magnetic water flow switch should be used with a relay for safe switching of higher loads or control circuits.
- Install water flow switch for pump horizontally to ensure accurate magnet movement and consistent performance.
- Only use with purified water; avoid media containing particles or corrosive chemicals to extend service life.
- Check wiring connections before use to prevent poor contact or signal failure.
- For systems with frequent start-stop cycles, consider periodic inspection of the reed switch and internal spring to maintain reliability.
