Description
Right angle gearbox with spiral bevel gear drives. Gear ratio 1:1 or 2:1 for selection, maximum speed 1450 rpm, input horsepower 0.03~5 hp, 1/2/3/4 ways shafts with optional directions. The right angle gearbox reducer is for 90° steering and reduction. If you need a higher torque, please select a lower rpm.
Features

Tips: How to lubricate the 5 hp spiral bevel right angle gearbox?
When the 5 hp spiral bevel right angle gearbox is installed horizontally, the bearings may be partially immersed in the lubricating oil. After installation, remove the dipstick and check whether the oil level is correct. If there is no dipstick, other appropriate methods should be used to determine the oil level. When installed horizontally, the oil level should be about half the depth of the 5 hp spiral bevel right angle gearbox (to the parting line).
Before operation, please make sure that the 5 hp spiral bevel right angle gearbox contains enough oil. If the oil is not filled enough or the oil is filled too much, it may damage the gear transmission mechanism or cause personal injury.
For the 5 hp spiral bevel right angle gearbox operating at an ambient temperature of -20℃ ~ + 85℃, liquid gear oil can be used.
