Tips: Precautions for vacuum AC contactor installation
- Before installation and use, check whether the rated voltage of the coil is consistent with the actual voltage used.
- Before use, wipe off the anti-rust grease or rust on the iron core with gasoline. Avoid sticking in the process of use, resulting in power failure and unable to release.
- When installing, it is generally installed vertically, and the inclination angle should not be too large and should not exceed 5°, otherwise it will affect the performance of the AC contactor.
- When installing the vacuum AC contactor, especially when connecting the wires, pay attention to clean up the broken wires to avoid falling into the contactor, causing the contactor to jam and causing the coil to burn out.
- When connecting the wires, be sure not to expose the metal parts of the wires to the air to avoid oxidation. Tighten each screw to avoid poor wire contact due to vibration.
