Fast on-off operation. Tip test plug into bung opening and pull the cam handle down to tightly clamp the replaceable neoprene seal to top of the bung. Just lift handle and plug easily pops out. Locking bar adjusts for different bung depths. Aluminum body with plated steel cam handle. Maximum air pressure 100 psi. Has 1/2″ NPT inlet.

- Replaceable soft neoprene seal is expanded against the bung threads, effectively seals up to 100 psi.

- Drum Plug Connectors are used for testing large industrial drums and other shallow openings.
- Insert the connector straight into a pipe tapped opening.
- Push the seal flange face against the face of the opening, then actuate the cam handle 90° to the locked position, affecting a positive seal.
- The black seal should fit snugly into the opening to the point where it cannot be pulled out. Adjust the tension of the seal by turning the handle clockwise.
- Do not over tighten the sealing is created by the flange of the seal being drawn against the outer face of the opening. Maximum pressure for a standard pipe tapped opening is 100 PSI (6.8 BAR) and 50 psi.
