Tips: What is a basket strainer?

Basket strainer, also known as barrel strainer. It is mainly composed of connecting pipe, main pipe, strainer basket, flange, flange cover and fasteners, etc. It is used to remove particles in process water and recirculating liquid. When the liquid enters the strainer basket through the main pipe, the solid impurity particles are blocked in the strainer basket, while the clean fluid passes through the strainer basket and is discharged from the strainer outlet. When cleaning is required, unscrew the screw plug at the bottom of the main pipe, drain the fluid, remove the flange cover, and reinstall it after cleaning.
