The ball screw driven linear slide is a linear motion system, which includes linear guide rail, sliding block, motor and sensor. 11 strokes for selection, minimum 100mm, maximum 1050mm, screw path 5/10/20mm, ball screw diameter 16mm. High precision, convenient assembly and low cost.

Features
- The linear slide is a fully enclosed linear motion system, which is mainly composed of an aluminum body, a diagonal bearing holder, a cover plate, a slide block and other components.
- Linear slide guide rail uses corrosion-resistant, high-strength aluminum alloy as the base. A high-precision linear guide pair is installed in the base. The aluminum alloy motion base is installed on the slide block. The middle part of motion seat is connected with the nut of ball screw.
- Motor of the motorized linear slide drives the sliding table to reciprocate through the ball screw rod.
- The diagonal bearing holder ensures the repeatability and positioning accuracy of motion seat.
- The flexible stainless steel is sealed, and on the motion seat, the whole linear motion system can meet the requirements of dust-free level.

Tips: Precautions for disassembly of ball screw driven linear slide.
- Do not remove the slider from the guide rail of ball screw driven linear slide without necessity. If you must disassemble, first align the auxiliary ball screw driven linear slide guide rail, then remove the slider.
- It is strictly forbidden to disassemble the parts of ball screw driven linear slide at will, so as not to affect the precision and sensitivity. Do not install ball screws that do not meet the requirements on the linear slide at will.
- Note: The ball screw driven linear slide has been filled with lubricating oil before leaving the factory. If you want to clean, you must dry the ball screw driven linear slide first, and then add lubricating oil. In the absence of lubrication, the ball screw driven linear slide shall not be operated.
