Tips for maintaining ceramic capacitors

Due to the limitation of vacuum purification conditions, it is not allowed to perform internal maintenance on ceramic capacitors on site.
When it is found that the ceramic capacitor has serious appearance defects, overheating and insulation aging defects, it should be withdrawn from operation and the backup capacitor should be replaced.
During regular power failure inspections, clean the capacitor frame and porcelain insulating parts, the discharge device of the capacitor bank, the ventilation device and ventilation holes of the capacitor room, and the electrical energy on the capacitor circuit.
