Thread-in bung mount and clamp mount 55-gallon drums Electric, variable speed electric, exp-proof electric, and air motors 316 stainless steel shaft and 3-blade collapsible propellers are standard Series 90 mixers offer a 2″ NPT bung-mount for closed-head drums and an infinitely adjustable ball & socket clamp mount for precise positioning on open head drums, too. Lightweight and portable, these mixers are well suited for a variety of applications. Collapsible investment cast 316SS propellers fit through the 2″ bung, open to the diameters specified in the table below. Props are attached to a 1/2″ diameter x 34″ long 316 stainless steel shaft.

TEFC and Variable Speed Electric Motor is 115-230V, 1-Phase and ships complete with cord, plug, and on/off switch.

Explosion-Proof Electric Motor is 115-230V, 1-Phase and does not include a cord, plug, or on/off switch.

Air Motor is inherently explosion-proof rated at 60 PSI, 3,000 RPM @ 5-30 CFM.

Series 44 mixers are equipped with a smaller ball & socket type c-clamp that allows for accurate positioning of the mixer shaft while maintaining limitless adjustability and precision. These mixers, which are lightweight and portable, are well suited for a wide range of applications.

This drum mixer is powered by a direct drive 1/4 horsepower TEFC (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled) motor that operates on 115-230V, single phase. The package includes a cord, a plug, and an on/off switch. The connection, shaft, and mixing impellers are all made of stainless steel (316 stainless steel). The two adjustable and replaceable three-blade propellers have a diameter of 3 inches and are mounted on a shaft with a diameter of 1/2 inch and a length of 34 inches.

The infinitely adjustable mount allows you to achieve the ideal mixing motion.
